The Open German Women’s Championship is taking place from 5–9 July 2023 in Magdeburg, Germany. Players receive 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 15 minutes to the end of the game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one. It is a 7-round Swiss tournament with participation of Petra Grabowski, Elina Heutling, Brigitte Von Herman, Sophie Petersen, Maria-Johanna Dohon, Ursula Hielscher, etc.
