Radoslav Dimitrov wins Mikis Theodorakis Chess 2025

The 4th edition of the Mikis Theodorakis chess tournament took place 21-27 April in Chania, Greece. It was a 9 round Swiss tournament with 300+ players, divided in two groups – A group for 1700+ players, and B group.

GM Radoslav Dimitrov emerged winner with 7,0/9. This was the same score as the silver medalist GM Vladimir Hamitevici and the bronze winner GM Stelios Halkias, but Dimitrov had a better Bucholtz tiebreak. The highest placed untitled player was Daniel Gallagher at seventh position with 6,0/9. Top woman of the event is Evgenia Valeria Platsaki with 5,0/9. Scroll down for the full standings
