The Biel Chess International Festival 2025 is taking place July 12 – July 25 in Switzerland. Biel Masters 2025 is one of the Top Events in The Chess Calendar For the next two weeks, the chess world will once again be looking to Biel: for the 58 th time in a row, the Biel International Chess Festival is welcoming players from all over the world. After the Chess960 and the rapid, now it is time for the classical event.

Las Vegas Freestyle will take place July 16–20, 2025, at the Wynn Las Vegas, specifically in the 50,000-square-foot Lafite Ballroom. It’s the third leg of the 2025 tour – after Paris Freestyle and Grenke Freestyle – and the first Freestyle Chess event in the U.S. open to live spectators.

Oskemen Open 2025 is taking place July 20 – July 30 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. The tournament has 3 categories – Masters, Challengers, and Open section.
