Elmira Mirzoeva is the winner of the 2025 ECF English Women Championship. Elmira Mirzoeva was sole leader after round 4, but Shambavi Hariharan managed to catch up with her. Both finished at 5,5/7 and the match headed to a tiebreak. There Elmira Mirzoeva won game 1 with black and drew the second game to claim the title of English Women Champion 2025.

Michael Adams is the winner of the 2025 ECF English Championship. After taking the early lead, Adams finished top of the table with 6,0/7, the same points as Nikita Vitiugov. The two played a tiebreak, where Adams prevailed 2,5 – 1,5.
