The 2023 edition of the Mitropa Cup starts this Monday in Mali Losinj, Croatia. The event will be played from 10th – 20th April at Hotel Aurora in the well-known tourist destination in Croatia.

The Caissa Hotel GM Tournament – Akasya Group is held from April 8 to the 13th in Balıkesir, Turkey. Time control is 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 15 minutes for the rest of the game, plus a 30 seconds increment starting from move one. It is a 12-player Round-robin tournament for teams with participaton of Yagiz Kaan Erdogmus, Ata Kolat, Maksim Schekachikhin, Slaven Pastar, Umut Ata Akbas, Salih Eke, Arman Hakemi, Nebojsa Nikcevic, Abtin Atakhan, Pavel Anisimov, Eray Kilic and Viacheslav Tilicheev.
