Players receive 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to the end of the game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one. The tournament system will be 9-Round robin for teams. The top ten rated players are Valentina Gunina, Natalia Pogonina, Alina Bivol, Marina Guseva, Anastasia Bodnaruk, Daria Voight, Tatiana Vasilevich, Alexandra Obolentseva, Eugene Gadfly and Baira Kovanova.

The Ramat Gan Masters Spring 2023 will take place from May 1st to June 26th 2023 in Ramat Gan, Israel. The time control is 90 minutes plus 30 seconds increment per move from move 1. The tournament is organized and monitored by International Organzier & International Arbiter Paz Avineri.
