Players receive 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to the end of the game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one. It will be 9-round Swiss system tournament with participation of Felix Levin, Tobias Kolb, Christian Kopke, Paul Zwahr, Dirk Norbert Jansen, Moritz Monninger, Andre Schaffrczyk, etc.

The team of Serbia leads 2023 IBCA European Team Championship for the Blind and Visually Impaired after 7 rounds. Immediately after them are the teams of Poland, Ukraine and Bulgaria. The championship is taking place from 20-29 April 2023 in Genoa, Italy.
