The Mar del Plata Open 2023 is taking place from 1–8 April 2023 in Mar del Plata, Argentina. As the Women’s Grand Prix tournament in New Delhi reached its halfway point, Round Six brought an electrifying array of games to the forefront. With all four boards featuring sharp and skilful play, it’s a surprise that just one game finished with a decisive result.

The Danish Championship 2023 – Master Group will take place from 01-09 April 2023 in Svendborg, Denmark. It will be 9-round Robin tournament with time control 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to the end of the game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one.

The 2023 US National High School Championships will bring together the top American High School players. It is a 7-round swiss and will take place from 31 March-2 April 2023 in Washington DC, USA. The players will be given 90 minutes for all moves, with a 10 second delay from move 1. In the tournament will participate Arthur Guo, Nico Werner Chasin, Chen-Chen Ye, jack Klein, Jason Wang, Maximillian Lu, Tugstumur Yesuntumur, etc.
