TCEC – the Top Chess Engine Championship – is past the middle point of the double round robin Stage 2.

The Russian Higher Leagues for men and women were held from 22nd June to 1st July in Kolomna, Moscow Oblast. Top five finishers from each section qualify for the Superfinal which will take place in Novosibirsk.

The Ildar Raud Memorial 2016 is taking place 27 June – July 3, 2016. It is the 50th edition of the tournament and it will be a Swiss tournament with 70 players. The first prize is 1500 EUR.
