The World Rapid and Blitz Team Championships are back – with a record-breaking €500,000 prize fund. This is double the prize fund of Dusseldorf, which was €250,000, and more than Kazakhstan, which was €350,000.

Swiss youth and junior chess champions crowned

At the final tournament of the Swiss Youth Single Championship (SJEM) in Winterthur, the five titles went to Raphael Gut (U16), Colin Federer (U14), Marius Neuschild (U12), Grigorios Emmanouil Toumpakaris (U10) and David Sadeh (U8). Chinese National Chess Games 2025 LIVE

The preliminary round of the Chinese National Chess Games 2025 takes place June 11-13 in Huairou, Beijing, China. It is a team event with solid participation, including Wei Yi, Bu Xingzhi, Wang Yue, Li Chao B, Dai Changren, Zhang Pengxiang, Yan Liu, Peng Xiongjian, etc.
